Matthew Barnes 2e87aa81fc Remove EMailShellSettings.
EShellSettings predates GSettings and is no longer necessary.

GSettings allows binding GObject properties to GSettings keys,
with optional mapping functions. That fulfills the purpose of
EShellSettings.
