for conduit settings
(e_todo_gui_fill_config): ditto
(e_todo_gui_fill_widgets): ditto
(e_todo_gui_destroy): ditto
(e_todo_context_destroy): destroy new_cfg and gui properly
(local_record_from_comp): set the priority to the default setting
if none is set on the icalendar object
(fill_widgets): fill gui widgets
(create_settings_window): create gui
