* GNOME_Evolution_Shell.server.in: Renamed from
GNOME_Evolution_Shell.oaf.in.

* Makefile.am: Port from OAF to bonobo-activation.
(INCLUDES): Define SYSCONFDIR, DATADIR, LIBDIR.

* main.c (main): Use gnome_program_init().

* e-corba-storage-registry.c (e_corba_storage_registry_new):
g_object_new(), not gtk_type_new().
