	* gal/e-text/e-text.c, gal/e-text/e-text.h (_insert): Made it so
	that if allow_newlines is FALSE, pasting into ETexts doesn't
	insert carriage returns.  Fixes Ximian bug #5761 and Ximian bug
	#9067.
