Remove --with-kde-applnk-path configure option. ...
I had to research what "applnk" even was. It seems to have been KDE's
own precursor to the FreeDesktop.org Desktop Menu Specification and was
abandoned in KDE 3.2 (circa 2004!).
The option is way obsolete. Get rid of it.
