Matthew Barnes 7ec9a50ee0 Remove EShellSettings. ...

EShellSettings predates GSettings and is no longer necessary.

GSettings allows binding GObject properties to GSettings keys,
with optional mapping functions.  That fulfills the purpose of
EShellSettings.
