* backend/pas/pas-backend-ldap.c
(pas_backend_ldap_process_create_card): get a book view from
somewhere so we can give status messages - choose the first one in
the list.
(pas_backend_ldap_process_modify_card): same.
(pas_backend_ldap_process_remove_card): same.
(prop_info): add more properties, like home_phone, mobile, pager,
uri, org_unit, office, title, and manager.
