* configure.in (EVOLUTION_DIR): add the
doc/devel/importer/Makefile as a target.
* backend/ebook/Makefile.am (oaf_DATA): don't require the pine
oainfo file until it is actually added to the repository. We need
to keep the build working for nightlies to work.
