        evolution/e-util/e-util.c.

        use e_filename_make_safe() in evolution-data-server/
        libedataserver/e-data-server-util.c instead of the copy in
        evolution/e-util/e-util.c.

        use e_utf8_strftime() in evolution-data-server/
        libedataserver/e-data-server-util.c instead of the copy in
        evolution/e-util/e-util.c.
