* component/e-summary-factory.c: #include
	"evolution-shell-component-utils.h" rather than "e-gui-utils.h"
	for e_pixmaps_update.

	* component/Makefile.am (evolution_executive_summary_LDADD): Use
	libeshell.la, not libeshell.a (Did Peter forget to commit this?)
