	* e-cell-date-edit.c (e_cell_date_edit_set_popup_values): try to parse
	just a date first, and if that works we assume it is a DATE value,
	so we clear the time field in the popup.
	(e_cell_date_edit_on_ok_clicked): if the time field is empty, use a
	DATE value.
	Also removed some debug messages.
