	* gui/component/addressbook-component.c (impl_createControls): Store
	a ref to the source selector.
	(impl_requestCreateItem): Implement.
	(impl_dispose): Unref the source selector.
	(addressbook_component_init): Set up default sources.

	* gui/widgets/e-addressbook-model.c (eab_model_set_property): If
	the 'book' property is set, and editability changes, emit a signal
	to that effect.
