EGravatarPhotoSource: Remove EProxy usage. ...
EProxy is deprecated. No easy access to ESourceRegistry from which to
grab the "system-proxy" ESource, so just rely on SoupSession's default
GProxyResolver. Good enough; this is a nice-to-have feature anyway.
