	* e-msg-composer.c (e_msg_composer_new_from_url): Split out the
	mailto handling code from here so we can use it in the drag-n-drop
	code too.
	(drag_data_received): If we find a mailto: url in the
	text/uri-list drop, pass that off to handle_mailto() so it can
	fill in the fields for us.
