Matthew Barnes 95a0ae4afb Remove ECalShellSettings.
EShellSettings predates GSettings and is no longer necessary.

GSettings allows binding GObject properties to GSettings keys,
with optional mapping functions. That fulfills the purpose of
EShellSettings.
