	* Makefile.am: Added camel-pgp-context.[c,h] to the build. Also
	added tests/smime/pgp.c and Makefile.am

	* tests/smime/pgp.c: New test suite for PGP functions.

	* camel-pgp-context.c: Various fixes to get it to build.
