Make EvolutionStorage' and ELocalstorage' actually update the CORBA
listeners and fix a bug with the creation of the

Implemented a new EFolderTree' object. Make EStorage' use it
instead of doing the folder tree bookkeeping by itself. Fix my broken
fix to Clahey's broken warning fix.
