6bddc9bd17 Don't use libglade for menus and toolbars in the message composer 
anymore.  This is the first step; next step is to use BonoboUIHandler.

095c53bace remove non updated tests from the build process.

	* tests/Makefile.am (noinst_PROGRAMS):
	remove non updated tests from the build
	process.

	* camel/Makefile.am :
	remove the rfc2047 related files from
	the build process as for the moment, nothing
	has been decided concerning unicode.

	* Makefile.am (evolution_msg_composer_LDADD):
	use $(EXTRA_GNOME_LIBS_THREADS) to link with gthread
