EMailSignatureScriptDialog: Cannot choose script file under Flatpak

The custom filters do not work with native/portal file chooser dialogs,
thus use an "All Files" filter under Flatpak instead.

There could be shown runtime warnings when searching for an emoji,
due to the GtkStack not being able to locate the corresponding widgets
by name.
One of the labels in the "no results found" page had been in a wrong
place too.

CollectionAccountEditor: Fix packing of the switch widgets

The default to fill horizontal and vertical space for the GtkSwitch
does not play well for themes, which can stretch the widget drawing
to satisfy these constraints, thus make them rather horizontally
aligned to the start and vertically to the center, using the natural
size for the switch.
